Permissions
Krisply needs microphone permission for recording, overlay permission for the floating bubble, and accessibility permission for direct insertion where supported.
Billing
Krisply Pro subscriptions are handled by Google Play. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in the Google Play Store subscription settings.
Bug reports
For recording, overlay, or insertion issues, include whether the issue happens in one app or all apps, whether battery saver is enabled, and whether the phone has manufacturer overlay restrictions. If you use the in-app feedback upload, audio is not included automatically. The backend stores selected structured report files and upload metadata for support, rather than keeping the raw zip by default.
