Delete your Krisply data

You can request deletion of your Krisply account and associated personal data. Submit the form below using the email address connected to Krisply.

How to request deletion

If the form does not work, email [email protected] from the Google account you used with Krisply and include the email address linked to your Krisply account.

Data we delete

After verifying the request, we delete or de-identify Krisply account records, app usage records tied to the account, stored diagnostics tied to the account where practical, and backend records that are no longer needed to operate the service or meet legal requirements.

Data we may retain

Some records may be retained where required for billing, fraud prevention, security, tax, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. Google Play subscription records are also controlled through your Google Play account.

Timeline

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is legally required or technically necessary.
